Keydev is is looking for a Corporate English Teacher.
Responsibilities:
- Assess students' English language proficiency and learning needs through initial evaluations and ongoing assessments;
- Develop customized lesson plans that align with individual student goals and learning styles;
- Teach various aspects of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and literature analysis;
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills and confidence;
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their learning experience;
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement;
- Communicate regularly with students regarding progress, challenges, and strategies for success;
- Stay updated on best practices in English education and incorporate new techniques into tutoring sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field;
- Previous experience as an English Tutor or English Teacher, preferably with different groups and skill levels in the IT sphere;
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment;
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching;
- Familiarity with different curricula and standardized tests (e.g., SAT, ACT, TOEFL) is a plus;
