Toggle is a product company building eSIM and VPN solutions for global connectivity across all major platforms, including mobile, desktop, and TV.
Role Overview
You define and drive product strategy for an eSIM connectivity service and a VPN platform, lead a team of Product Managers and Designers, and grow the eSIM business in Western markets.
Direct Manager: CEO
Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)
Responsibilities
- own product vision and roadmap across VPN and eSIM;
- scale eSIM: drive repeat purchases, organic growth, and retention;
- design viral mechanics and gamification loops that turn users into a growth channel;
- build and run growth experiments: A/B tests, activation flows, onboarding optimization;
- own pricing strategy: packaging, tiers, trial mechanics, and upgrade flows;
- make decisions from data: set up analytics, define metrics, measure outcomes;
- lead a team of PdMs and Designers: OKRs, 1:1s, prioritization;
- align with Marketing, Finance, and Engineering on priorities and trade-offs.
What We Expect from You
Hard Skills:
- 4+ years in B2C SaaS or consumer product management;
- experience leading a team of 2+ PdMs;
- strong grasp of growth, retention, and viral mechanics;
- experience with pricing strategy and packaging decisions;
- data-driven: Mixpanel / Amplitude or equivalent, basic SQL;
- experience with subscription or pay-per-use monetization;
- understands unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback;
- English B2+.
Key metrics you drive:
- eSIM: Repeat Purchase Rate, Activation Rate, Average purchases per user, organic / referral share;
- VPN: Retention (RR7/RR28), trial → paid conversion, churn.
Soft skills:
- thinks from the user — not just from competitor feature lists;
- high autonomy — sets direction without being managed;
- works well with strong technical specialists who have opinions;
- makes clear decisions with limited data.
Nice to have:
- experience in travel tech, telecom, or adjacent niches;
- launched a product in Western markets;
- consumer loyalty or credits systems experience;
- game development or gamification background.
