Advise Chinese clients on Uzbek laws and regulations
Support foreign investment and localization projects
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents (bilingual ability preferred)
Handle corporate, commercial, and compliance matters
Coordinate with international stakeholders
Manage dispute resolution and problem-solving
Requirements:
5-8 years of legal practice experience
Background in cross-border or intemational matters preferred
Strong knowledge of the Uzbek legal framework
Fluency in English and Russian is essential
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment
Experience advising Chinese or Aslan investors is a strong plus
