Administrative Assistant

What You Will Do

Support Office Excellence

• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations with a focus on service, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Welcome visitors, manage reception duties, and prepare meeting spaces to reflect Bunge’s professional standards.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and availability of office supplies to keep our workplace safe and well‑functioning.

Enable Effective Collaboration

• Serve as a key point of coordination between departments, helping information and tasks flow seamlessly.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and keep accurate records.
• Work closely with the Business Center Management Company on passes, requests, and facility‑related communication.

Drive Operational Reliability

• Manage administrative documentation with attention to compliance and internal standards.
• Coordinate drivers’ schedules and ensure company vehicles are fueled and ready to support operational needs.

Vendor & Facility Partnership

• Build productive relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Handle procurement of goods necessary to maintain office operations.

What You Bring to Bunge

Experience & Skills

• Higher education and 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level.
• Confident user of MS Office and 1C.
