Update specialist (Afterhours shift)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update shipment statuses in the company’s tracking system.

• Communicate with drivers to confirm location, estimated delivery times, and potential delays.

• Provide accurate and timely updates to customers and dispatchers.

• Ensure data accuracy in transportation management systems (TMS).

• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve delivery or scheduling issues.

• Prepare daily and weekly status reports.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).

• Experience in American logistics is a must.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and TMS platforms.

• Flexible schedule and ability to work in afterhours shift (1am-9am).
