What you’ll do

Source candidates across multiple platforms, primarily LinkedIn
Use creative sourcing techniques and AI tools in daily work
Conduct cold outreach and initiate first contact with candidates
Build and maintain candidate pipelines and databases
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers

Who we’re looking for

You have experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn
You have hands-on experience using AI tools for search, research, or outreach
You have a “detective mindset” and enjoy finding hard-to-reach talent
You’re fast, detail-oriented, and persistent
Strong communication skills in English
