Introduction

Due to continued business growth & expansion, Trip.com Group is hiring a Airline Manager Russia, based in Moscow. Reporting directly to the Airline Director – CIS.

The Airline Manager will act as the primary anchor for Russian market, responsible for driving airline partnerships, overseeing day-to-day operations, strategic execution, partner engagement and shaping Trip.com’s position in one of the most dynamic and growing aviation market globally under guidance of Airline Director – CIS.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Own the Russia market performance — drive airline partnerships, revenue growth, and strategic initiatives in alignment with the CIS Director’s regional objectives.
  • Lead commercial relationships with full-service, low-cost, and hybrid carriers across Russia, ensuring Trip.com Group remains a preferred distribution and marketing partner.
  • Translate regional strategy into local execution, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing flight supply, and enhancing competitiveness across routes and fare products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, and operations teams to deliver market-specific campaigns, product enhancements, and partner solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to provide data-driven insights, business reviews, and competitive intelligence that inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Trip.com Group in Russia, maintaining strong industry relationships, supporting joint initiatives, and driving Trip.com’s brand presence in the travel ecosystem.
  • Mentor and coordinate local team efforts, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of business goals under the guidance of the CIS Director.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, 8+ years of experience in the travel or airline industry, ideally in commercial, account management, or partnerships roles.
  • Good understanding of the Russia aviation market, including key airlines, distribution channels, and evolving industry trends.
  • Proven ability to manage airline relationships, support negotiations, and deliver joint business plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data and insights to drive market actions.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute regional priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to represent the business in partner and internal meetings.
  • Proactive, organized, and result-oriented, able to take ownership of projects while working closely under the guidance of the CIS Director.
