Responsibilities:
- Organize and conduct onboarding/orientation sessions for new employees
- Explain company policies, internal rules, attendance procedures, and communication standards
- Coordinate the adaptation process with department heads and mentors
- Track each employee’s onboarding progress in Google Sheets and other internal tools
- Make sure all required training stages are completed on time
- Collect feedback from new employees and department heads
- Prepare weekly adaptation and onboarding reports
- Identify and solve communication or adaptation issues during the probation period
- Support new employees during their first weeks in the company
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and checklists
- English level: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent
- Uzbek and Russian languages are highly preferable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Ability to work with Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Gmail, Telegram, Zoom
- Responsible, punctual, and able to manage several onboarding processes at the same time
- Ability to work with people, explain information clearly, and support new employees
- Previous experience in HR, training, onboarding, or teaching is a plus
- Work schedule: 17:00 – 02:00 Tashkent time (Main shift)
- Working days: 6/1
- Saturdays or Sundays are short days
- Starting salary: $350
- Salary increases by $100 every month until it reaches $750
- After reaching $750: fixed salary $750 + bonuses
