• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for cargo services

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

• Define pricing and product policies

• Promote cargo services and strengthen the company’s brand image

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

• Lead and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance

• 6+ years of proven experience in marketing (must be in aviation, logistics, or transportation)

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Experience in project and team management

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Office location - Almaty International Airport
• Work schedule 5 days per week, working hours from 8.00 to 17.00 (lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00)
