Product Manager

About the role:

As a Product Manager at Zentist your work drives the business. The main part of your job is to drive the strategic and technical direction of our Zentist RCM products.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze user feedback, industry trends, and metrics to refine product vision and roadmap.
• Work closely with engineering teams to transform requirements into detailed specifications and executable tasks.
• Lead development processes, setting goals, reviewing progress, and managing delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, accounts and marketing teams to ensure fast and quality feature launches.

You come to us with:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in product management or technical leadership, preferably within fintech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

Experience in B2B products, where you created and managed the development of a complex product (created tools for users that helped optimize and automate processes, simplify users' routines, provide users with the necessary analytics and a modern and understandable interface), will be an advantage.

As part of a fast-growing startup, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, data analysts, and account managers to define product requirements, optimize product feature delivery, and ensure we bring innovative product to market quickly and efficiently.
