AI Automation QA Engineer

We help bring large-scale, complex projects to life for international clients - and we’re looking for talented professionals to join us on this journey. Over the past five years, we’ve successfully delivered over 50 projects, making a meaningful impact in the fintech and automotive industries.

Currently, we’re looking for an AI Automation QA Engineer to join our team and work on a fintech trading project based in Cyprus.

What we’re looking for:

- 1,5-2 years of experience in QA, including 3-6 months of commercial or project-based experience in test automation;
- Hands-on experience with automation logic - you’ve written automated tests, not just studied theory;
- Understanding and practical experience with BDD (Gherkin / Cucumber or similar);
- Ability to convert manual test cases into reliable automated scenarios;
- Familiarity with test automation logic and the ability to transform manual cases into reliable automated scenarios;
- Experience in manual functional testing (UI, REST APIs, test case creation) is a plus;
- Ability to work with incomplete requirements and write clear, accurate defect reports.

Why this role is unique:

We are automating the application using testRigor - a modern Generative AI-powered platform that allows you to write tests in plain English. You don’t need deep coding skills in Java or Python, but you must understand automation logic and have already written automated tests (even if only for 3-6 months).

What you’ll do:

- Design and maintain automation scenarios using testRigor;
- Work within the BDD methodology;
- Analyze test run results and convert manual test cases into efficient automated tests.
