Internal Audit Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in auditing, finance, law, engineering management, or related fields preferred.
• Comply with local laws, regulations, and company rules; integrity, diligence, adhere to principles, maintain strict confidentiality.
• Chinese proficiency at HSK Level 5 or above.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily supervision tasks according to the company's oversight plan, including but not limited to procurement, engineering construction, business outsourcing, production and operations, and other routine business activities, to ensure compliance and reasonableness in all business activities.
• Integrity and risk control: Receive reports of misconduct and discipline violations, conduct investigations and verifications, prevent integrity risks and conflicts of interest; establish supervision records, submit regular supervision reports and rectification suggestions, and conduct regular risk identification.
• Participate in the revision of company policies related to supervision, internal audit, procurement, construction, finance, etc., and carry out periodic compliance checks on policies.
• Conduct performance supervision to ensure the compliance and efficiency of major and significant business activities; carry out on-site inspections, promptly identify violations, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
