Trade Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented Trade Marketing Manager who will strengthen our brand presence in retail, boost the effectiveness of promotional activities, and play a key role in connecting Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute trade marketing solutions

• Launch new products and promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and in‑store performance.
• Create loyalty and sales‑driving initiatives.
• Manage promotional activities, discounts, and other trade marketing tools.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Act as the main link between Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
• Coordinate marketing plan execution with internal teams.
• Support the Sales team with materials, motivational programs, and communication tools.

Market analytics and insights

• Monitor sales dynamics, consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare analytical reports and performance summaries for management.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose improvement strategies.

Operational support

• Manage day-to-day tasks of the trade marketing function.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and support project execution.
• Develop and implement effective KPIs for the sales team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Higher education degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or FMCG-related roles.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG market and retail channel dynamics.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
