F&B Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and closing group business, developing new corporate accounts, and delivering exceptional event experiences — from the initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Events, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Proactively generate and secure group and catering business (300+ peak rooms) to meet revenue targets
- Develop and manage new corporate accounts, driving room nights and overall revenue
- Identify market opportunities and stay informed on competitor activity and industry trends
- Apply strong negotiation and sales techniques to close deals and maximize profitability
- Collaborate with Area Sales teams and external partners to generate new business
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Represent the hotel through sales calls, networking events, trade shows, and FAM trips
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
Event Coordination & Execution
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and all event-related documentation
- Ensure smooth handover between Sales, Event Management, and Operations teams
- Oversee all stages of event execution: pre-event, on-site, and post-event
- Identify upselling opportunities to enhance client experience
Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
- Monitor booking trends and optimize last-minute sales opportunities
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional service in line with brand standards
- Ensure every client interaction is personalized and memorable
- Collect feedback and continuously improve service quality
