Baimskaya Copper Project is looking for potential candidates for the position of Compensation and Benefits Specialist within Human Resources and General Services Department
Structural division: Human Resources and General Services Department
Reports to: Compensation and Benefits Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in Economics (or a related field); a certificate from an international professional program such as Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) or its equivalents will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in job evaluation and grading (using methodologies such as Korn Ferry/Hay Group, Ernst & Young, Towers Watson, etc.) is desirable.
- Experience working with salary surveys, pay scales, rotational shift allowances, northern area coefficients, and knowledge of labor standards.
- English language – Upper Intermediate level or higher.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in the mining or other heavy industry sectors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of job offers when recruiting, promoting and transferring employees based on the approved organization charts and grade/category system within the defined budget:
- for local employees
- for expatriates.
- Maintenance of the grade system. Define appropriate grades for new positions.
- Provide salary levels to recruitment. Define salary levels for new positions.
- Preparing HR reports by requests.

- Work schedule: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri (fully office-based)
