At Claro Data Solutions we are seeking a Lead Generation Manager who has the drive to deliver sustained growth and a proven track record of closing high-value contracts. This role is all about building sharp, multi-channel strategies to engage, qualify, and nurture leads.
What you’ll do:
Outreach Strategy Planning & Execution
Research and identify potential leads through social media, online research, AI tools, and other platforms such as Apollo and Coldy.ai.
Qualify leads based on their potential data needs and alignment with our services.
Create and execute targeted messaging to engage prospects via email, phone calls, and digital campaigns.
Maintain consistent communication with leads, nurturing relationships throughout the pipeline to close deals effectively.
Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to enhance lead generation strategies.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the management team on lead generation performance and outcomes.
What we're looking for from you:
Experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales, ideally in the Americas, Asia, or the EMEA region; however, it is not essential.
Ability to learn fast and master a new domain to generate custom leads.
High proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2-C1).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm and being driven by targets and KPIs.
Lean approach to workflow management
