PYP Homeroom teacher

Vacancy: PYP Homeroom Teacher (Primary School, Grades 1–5, IB Programme)

Location: Tashkent
Working hours: 5/2, 08:00–17:00

We are looking for a motivated educator who is eager to grow in an international environment and deliver high-quality teaching within the IB PYP framework, creating an inspiring and student-centered learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons within the IB PYP (Grades 1–5)
• Plan and implement inquiry-based learning
• Foster critical thinking, independence, and global awareness in students
• Create a supportive and motivating classroom environment
• Maintain documentation and planning in line with IB standards
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Communicate effectively with parents
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (or a related field)
• Willingness to grow in an international educational environment
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Russian and/or Uzbek is an advantage
• Experience working with primary school students is preferred
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with modern teaching tools
• Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset

Ключевые задачи:

• Проведение занятий в рамках программы IB PYP (1–5 классы)
• Планирование и реализация inquiry-based обучения
• Развитие у учеников критического мышления и самостоятельности
• Создание поддерживающей и мотивирующей образовательной среды
• Ведение документации и планирования по стандартам IB
• Оценка прогресса учеников и предоставление обратной связи
• Взаимодействие с родителями
• Работа в команде и участие в развитии школы

Требования:

• Степень бакалавра в области педагогики (или смежной специальности)
• Готовность развиваться в международной образовательной среде
• Уровень английского языка не ниже C1 (обязательно)
• Знание русского и/или узбекского языка будет преимуществом
• Опыт работы с детьми приветствуется
• Владение современными образовательными технологиями
• Открытость, инициативность и умение работать в команде
