REGIONAL FINANCE SPECIALIST

As a Regional Finance Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Team in Dubai with tasks as requested to ensure a full and efficient Finance Department function within Kalinka Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all financial operations and day-to-day management of all financial tasks for Kalinka Middle East, including but not limited to:
- Cash Management (Collections, Receipts & Petty Cash):
• Ensure that all petty cash transactions are properly supported, with the right approvals & in line with policies & procedures;
• Assist to prepare monthly cash flow forecast. - Calculation and Payment preparation:
• On-time preparation of supplier payments and employees' reimbursement of expense claims through checks and bank transfers;
• Record all payments in a timely manner;
• Calculate employees' monthly and quarterly sales commissions and incentives. - Banks:
• Coordinate with the bank to manage customers' post-dated checks with proper accounting;
• Effectively handle relationships with banks;
• Balance Reconciliation. - Revenue Management:
• Invoicing contractors for the performed services;
• Reconciliation of settlements with contractors;
• Accounting & collecting outstanding accounts receivable. - Assistance to the manager and head of the department
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years proven experience working in the finance department;
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in finance is preferred;
- Proficiency in Excel & CRM software;
- Fluency in English and Russian (must!)
