Senior Legal

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support to the organization and its subsidiary and holding entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for legal advisory, contract management, regulatory compliance, and representation of the company in legal matters across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full legal support to the organization and affiliated companies

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies

• Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations

• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare legal opinions

• Identify legal risks and develop effective mitigation strategies

• Support business operations within the Economy, Finance, Banking, Energy, and Construction sectors

• Participate in drafting legislative and regulatory documents when required

• Advise management on corporate law and regulatory compliance matters

Requirements:

• Proven experience in legal research, legal writing, and litigation

• Fluency in Uzbek, Russian, and English (written and spoken)

• Strong experience in contract negotiation and legal agreement review

• Experience in drafting legislative acts and regulatory documents

• Solid knowledge of corporate law and compliance frameworks

• Strong analytical thinking, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously

• Previous experience in Energy and Construction industries is highly preferred

Additional Advantage:

• Experience working with Legal Tech solutions or digital legal platforms will be considered a significant asset.

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: 6/1 (six working days, one day off)

• Working hours according to company regulations

• Lunch provided by the company
