AI & IT Infrastructure Engineer

We're now hiring for the Corporate IT & AI Systems Lead to work on AI systems, IT infrastructure, and InfoSec.
Timezone: US (PST until 2-4 pm )
English: Fully proficient and fluent (B2+)

• Automate internal workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, Claude Code
• Support integration and basic maintenance tasks across tools like Google Wrkspace, Jira, Notion.
• Work on building and improving agentic AI systems using Codex/Claude Code
• Help maintain and support basic InfoSec operations, like access controls and security monitoring & incident response.
• Collaborate with technical leads to prototype automations and AI agents for internal use cases.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers

Ideal Candidate

• You are curious, proactive, and excited about the future of AI automation.
• You may not have years of experience, but you are obsessed with learning about LLMs, AI agents, and automation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, async-first, international team
• You have experience in AI automation, actually use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, or equivalent) as a core part of your daily workflow today
• Comfortable with Python and/or JavaScript, especially for building or automating workflows.
• Familiarity with Firebase, Google Workspace, Jira, Notion, Make, n8n, or similar platforms is a big plus.
• Profound understanding of IT systems, APIs, and cloud tools.
• You have solid communication skills and can manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
