The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager of the Training & Know-How Transfer team. If you are interested in the position, please submit your CV in English.

Position Summary:
Coordinates the planning, organization, and supervision of training sessions for designated project departments to support the achievement of annual targets for training days and technical assistance.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Overall Responsibilities & Duties:
• Develop the training plan for the assigned departments, ensuring alignment with the organization's budget and policies, and the annual targets.
• Coordinate and organize training sessions in collaboration with SUEZ experts and specialized SUEZ training entities.
• Contribute to the development of the training providers database by researching and evaluating potential educational vendors.

Before the training sessions:
• Coordinate with the Administrative Coordinator and the SUEZ entity to anticipate the trainer's arrival, including travel arrangements, bookings, and visa support – if needed.
• Prepare training materials, such as translated presentations and quizzes; when necessary, assist in translating documents from English into Uzbek and Russian.
• Arrange training venues and ensure that trainers have all the necessary tools, technical equipment, and resources to effectively deliver the course.
• Carry out administrative tasks including coordinating participant enrollment, scheduling training sessions (time and location), and sending invitations to trainees in cooperation with the HR Department of Toshkent Shahar Suv Ta'minoti, managing the logistics - ordering food for participants.

During the training sessions:
• Ensure the proper conduct of the training as per the schedule and plan.
• Manage course evaluations and overall productivity during training sessions to assess their efficiency and ability to engage.
• Provide oral interpretation during trainings from English into Uzbek and vice versa.

After training sessions:
• Prepare Training Report according to the defined template respecting the deadlines.

Additional:
• Participating in the steps of the deployment of the WIKTI methodology
• Fill reports related to the Training and know-how Transfer
• Protect interests, non-disclosure of confidential information and documents to the third parties.
• Timely and properly fulfill the duties and functions defined in this job description.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in education, HR, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
• Proficiency in Uzbek, English and Russian languages.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office. Excel is a must.

Experience specifications:
• At least 3 (three) years of experience in the field of HR, training or similar field.

Permanent entity of the French company SUEZ International SAS in Tashkent.
The company has signed a 7-year contract with Tashkent city municipality and the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services.
Project: Tashkent water transformation plan
The total budget of the project is 185.4 million euros, of which 142 million euros will be disbursed through loans from leading European banks - the funds will be used to modernize urban water supply and sewerage networks and improve their management in accordance with the highest international standards.

Main activity:
- Upgrade Tashkent water public service to an international standard
- Bring the experience of SUEZ, introduce modern technologies, equipment and software to improve the management of drinking water supply and sewage system in the city of Tashkent
- Improve financial sustainability of the water service.
