Key Responsibilities: - Acting as the face of the hotel, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in/check-out for every guest
- Managing daily operations using SmartBooking.uz (or similar PMS), including room assignments, inventory control, and rate management
- Processing foreign guest registrations through the E-Mehmon system accurately and timely
- Monitoring room availability, managing overbookings, and coordinating with Housekeeping to ensure 100% "Ready" status for arrivals
- Acting as the central hub between guests, housekeeping, and management
Requirements: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Hotel Front Desk role OR currently a final-year student/graduate of a Hospitality/Tourism degree
- Proven experience with SmartBooking.uz or other modern Property Management Systems
- Fluent in Uzbek and Russian, good conversational English (Intermediate or higher)
- Chinese language skills are a strong advantage
- Organized, calm under pressure, and passionate about service
