THE COMPANY
Our client a large international medical equipment company is looking for specialists for the role of Technical Service Specialist – BSU (Haematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis)
Main Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide service support for Haematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis analysers, ensuring smooth installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain response time & downtime as per the SLA to assigned customers
- Execute Preventive maintenance calls as scheduled
- Accountable for instruments installation and warranty service in the field
- Collaborate with TCAL Service Director to align process and establish Service structure and follow up daily routine to report TCAL
- Collaborate with distributors to address customer needs and optimize laboratory workflows.
- Support tender processes by ensuring compliance with technical specifications for Haematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis devices.
- Ensure all in field activities are carried out safely complying with company environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures
Education:
- Мinimum: Bachelor’s degree in Electric/Electronic, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Ideal: Advanced degrees or certifications in Clinical Laboratory Science with a focus on Haematology, Coagulation, or Urinalysis.
Main KPIs:
- Successful completion of installations, FCA/FSCA and maintenance for all three product areas.
- Contribution to tender wins and revenue growth for Haematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis.
- Customer satisfaction rates for Service support provided.
Mobility:
- Frequent travel within Kazakhstan (Almaty, Astana, and surrounding regions) to provide on-site support and build customer relationships.
Ideal Years of Experience:
- Minimum: 2 years of experience in medical devices focused on Haematology, Coagulation, or Urinalysis.
- Ideal: 3-5 years of experience spanning multiple product areas with strong customer interaction.
Reporting Line:
- Reports to the Country Manager.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Russian/Kazakh is mandatory.
