Government Services International Trade Manager

• Ensuring verification of incoming inspection reports.
• Carrying out activities to improve the quality of works and services.
• Organization of work to ensure quality and competitive inspection.
• Ensuring operational control at all stages of service delivery.
• Ensuring compliance of inspections with all inspection activities.
• Liaising on any proposed changes to the inspection management system, regarding its development and implementation.
• Contracting with clients in accordance with the inspection quality management system and the inspection management system.
• Update the records and database of qualifications and experience of the auditors, inspectors of the relevant section of the Government Services and International Trade (GSIT) Coordinator contracted to perform the activity, and ensure that only those staff approved in the database management system are assigned to the activity.
• Providing inspection and training information to inspectors within its precinct to handle inspection and training contracts, and ensuring that only approved staff are assigned to this activity.
• Ensuring the appropriate qualifications and training of its site personnel to achieve compliance with the inspection quality management system.
• Carrying out internal audits of compliance of the quality management system of inspections within its site, according to the official audit schedule.
