Technical Support Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Specialist who will act as a key expert in diagnostics, technical support, and communication with the manufacturer.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work on complex technical cases, support dealer operations, and contribute to improving vehicle quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Toyota and Lexus dealers in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan
• Investigate and resolve complex technical cases in cooperation with the manufacturer (TME)
• Act as National Technical Leader (NTL) in line with the Toyota Fix-It-Right concept
• Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis of vehicle issues
• Prepare and submit technical reports to the manufacturer
• Coordinate spare parts shipment for technical investigations
• Collect and analyze technical data, monitor quality trends
• Deliver technical consultations and training to dealer network staff
• Support internal departments with technical expertise
• Participate in internal projects and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
• Experience in automotive service, diagnostics, or technical support (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, automotive, or related field is an advantage
• English — Intermediate or higher (for communication with the manufacturer)
• Russian — fluent
• Kazakh — preferred
• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
