GTM Retail Manager

• Analyze the performance of field staff and coordinate their work.

• Track sales trends across channels.

• Monitoring ASP and ROI metrics.

• Developing monthly sales plans and bonus grids (calculation schemes) for field staff and proposing incentive programs to improve sales performance.

• Analyzing sales results by product, city, and employee.

• Collect and process information from regional representatives and provide data to other departments (ISM, PSM, Sales).

• Analyze product inventory levels at retail locations.

• Track ongoing promotional activities and their effectiveness, including competitor activities.

• Collect and process information on monthly expenses of field staff.

• Track promoter turnover rates and prepare reports.

• Administer and monitor the GSMS system.

• Propose new approaches to improve retail sales.

  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

• 3 + years of experience in GTM, in-store marketing, retail operations, or sales coordination.

• Experience working with electronics/FMCG/retail brands.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

• Hands-on, field-oriented approach with attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Fluent in Uzbek, Russian and English languages.
