Automation & Systems Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Automation & Systems Engineer to join our N2P Messaging Team within our flagship product – Net2Phone.

You’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining a robust, scalable networking environment and ensuring our Jenkins pipelines run like clockwork.

Responsibilities:

• Cloud Networking & Routing: Manage and resolve networking tickets across multiple teams, handling VPC configurations, subnetting, and complex cross-account communication.

• Infrastructure as Code: Maintain and evolve our AWS environment using Terraform to ensure consistent, repeatable deployments.

• CI/CD Administration: Manage and scale our Jenkins ecosystem, including the administration and optimization of Jenkins agents running within AWS.

• Systems Maintenance: Oversee security patching, system updates, and general administration of our cloud-based tools.

• Automation: Proactively automate manual tasks to improve system reliability and reduce response times for internal requests.

What we’re looking for:

• AWS Expertise: Good understanding of AWS networking components (VPC, Transit Gateway, Route 53, Security Groups, and Peering).

• Terraform Experience: Experience writing, testing, and deploying infrastructure modules in a production environment.

• Jenkins Mastery: Hands-on experience administering Jenkins, managing nodes/agents, and troubleshooting pipeline performance in AWS.

• Security-First Mindset: Experience with automated patching workflows and securing cloud infrastructure.

• Problem Solver: Ability to handle high-level routing and connectivity issues across a distributed, multi-account architecture.

• Level: Middle to Senior (3+ years of relevant DevOps or Systems Engineering experience).

• English level B1

Plus to have:

• AWS Certification

• IaaC experience - AWS CDK/Terraform
