AQA / QA Engineer (BDD & testRigor)

Currently, we’re looking for an AQA / QA Engineer (BDD & testRigor) to join our team and work on a fintech trading project based in Cyprus.

⚠️ Important: English is a Must (B1+)

You'll be working in an English-speaking team - daily communication, technical discussions, and meetings are all in English.

What we’re looking for:

- 1.5–2 years of experience in QA;
- Understanding and practical experience with BDD (Gherkin / Cucumber or similar);
- A desire to grow from manual testing into automation - or existing hands-on experience with automated tests;
- Familiarity with test automation logic and the ability to transform manual cases into reliable automated scenarios;
- Experience in manual functional testing (UI, REST APIs, test case creation) is a plus;
- Ability to work with incomplete requirements and write clear, accurate defect reports.

Why this role is unique:

We are automating the application using testRigor - a modern Generative AI–powered platform that allows you to write tests in plain English. You don’t need deep coding skills in Java or Python, but you should understand the logic behind test automation.

What you’ll do:

- Design and maintain automation scenarios using testRigor;
- Work within the BDD methodology;
- Analyze test run results and convert manual test cases into efficient automated tests.
