About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Market Research Analyst to support our operations focused on the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data to help clients make informed business decisions. You will work with diverse industries and contribute to strategic insights and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for US-based clients
• Collect and analyze data on market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations with actionable insights
• Identify market opportunities, risks, and growth areas
• Support business development and sales teams with research insights
• Monitor competitors and benchmark performance
• Work with internal teams to improve research methodologies and tools
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data and sources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field
• 2–4+ years of experience in market research, analytics, or consulting
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience with research tools and data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools)
• Understanding of the US market and business environment
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English (B2+ / C1)
• Ability to work with large datasets and present insights clearly

Nice to Have

• Experience in consulting, or outsourcing industry
• Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or CRM systems
• Experience with surveys, интервью, и qualitative research methods
• Basic knowledge of statistics or data modeling
