Regional Trade & RX Manager

We are looking for a Regional Sales Development Manager (RX and Trade) for an international pharmaceutical company.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a sales development strategy in the region
• Management of distribution channels: pharmacy chains, distributors
• Development and maintenance of relationships with key clients
• Promotion of RX drugs through doctors and medical representatives
• Market, competitor, and sales analysis, reporting preparation
• Achievement and exceedance of sales plans
• Organization and monitoring of marketing activities in the region
• Communication with the medical and sales team

🎯 Requirements:

• Higher education (medicine/pharmaceuticals/economics is a plus)
• 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in sales, trade marketing, or working with RX products
• Understanding of the principles of the pharmacy and medical markets
• Negotiation and key client management skills
• Team management experience is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and results-oriented
• Strong command of Excel and experience with Reporting
• Fluent in Russian, Uzbek, English.
