We are looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Partner to lead website-driven growth for our international markets.
While our HQ team manages the technical infrastructure of the website, the international direction requires a dedicated strategic owner who will define how the website should be leveraged to attract target audiences and convert them into qualified leads.
This role is not about technical maintenance — it is about growth strategy, traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, and unconventional digital thinking.
A key success factor will be the ability to operate within advertising constraints and find alternative, creative, and scalable lead generation approaches beyond traditional paid Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities
Website Growth Strategy
- Define how the website should function as a primary international lead generation engine
- Develop SEO, content, and conversion strategies tailored to international ICPs
- Identify high-potential landing page opportunities for different regions and segments
- Improve on-site conversion flows (forms, gated content, CTAs, user journeys)
Traffic Acquisition (Beyond Standard Paid Ads)
- Design alternative digital acquisition strategies where traditional paid channels are restricted
- Explore unconventional lead generation channels (partnership traffic, syndication, niche platforms, communities, referral ecosystems, etc.)
- Develop organic growth mechanisms and authority-building strategies
- Identify scalable, cost-effective digital acquisition models
Conversion Optimization
- Analyze website performance, traffic quality, and behavioral data
- Run A/B tests and optimize conversion funnels
- Improve MQL generation from organic and alternative traffic sources
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with HQ technical team to prioritize website changes
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams
- Align website strategy with regional sales priorities
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy (B2B focus)
- Proven track record of driving inbound traffic and website-based lead generation
- Strong expertise in SEO, conversion rate optimization, and growth experimentation
- Experience operating in markets with advertising or platform restrictions
- Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills
- Fluent English (C1+)
