Логист - диспетчер: Cargo Vans / Box Trucks

What You'll Do:
* Hunt for the best loads for box trucks and cargo vans
* Negotiate rates directly with brokers — and win
* Keep everything organized in TMS
* Jump in to solve any issues drivers face on the road
* Build strong, lasting partnerships with brokers
* Own the load from pickup to delivery — start to finish

What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in US trucking dispatch — no exceptions
* Ready to work night shifts: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM or 6:00 PM–3:00 AM (winter)
* Fluent in English and Russian
* Thrive under pressure and stay sharp through long hours
* Hungry to learn and level up
* Detail-obsessed and always on time
* Can be trusted with confidential company data

What's In It For You:
* Full-time gig: 9-hour days, 5 days a week
* Compensation consists of a fixed base salary plus commission bonuses, no upper limit
