Safety Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Safety Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring DOT compliance and supporting trucking companies with safety-related processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform safety and consulting tasks for trucking companies
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
• Assist with opening permits and registrations
• Manage and maintain FMCSA portal activities
• Handle Driver Qualification Files (DQF)
• Work with SOS (Safety systems and documentation)
• Monitor and update safety records and documentation
• Provide guidance and support on compliance-related issues

  
  Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking industry (preferably in safety/compliance)
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Experience working with DOT, FMCSA, DQF processes is a plus
• Fluent in Russian, Uzbek, and English
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
