Intern (Trainee) - Q-commerce Specialties

YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:

In the context of “giving users easy access to anything in their city”, Q-commerce (Quick Commerce) is the business unit that aims to provide immediacy to all product needs that a user might have. As Intern in the Quick-Commerce Specialty team you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class user experience for our partners in Kazakhstan.

Be a part of a team where you will be responsible for:

• Promotions management and cross-selling opportunities
• Preparing overall performance checks, reports, and business reviews for small/medium business specialty partners and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

• Support the execution of promo campaigns and marketing initiatives to boost partners’ visibility and sales.

• Monitor daily partner performance dashboards and report anomalies. Conduct deep dives to identify top offenders, determine root causes of performance drops, and track weekly improvements.

• Help troubleshoot partner issues, operational requests and daily support by coordinating with internal and HQ teams (e.g., operations, finance, marketing, tech).

• Create new SAIDs of existing partners and create stores for new partners in SF.

• Update and maintain partner contact lists, contract details, and key documentation in Salesforce (SF) and other internal tools.
• Track promo campaign results, evaluate their ROI, and prepare data with post campaign results
• Research potential new specialty partners in the market and provide recommendations for outreach.
• Help streamline the onboarding process by creating and updating guides, FAQs, and process documentation.
• Perform quality checks on partner menus, pricing, and content to ensure accuracy and consistency across the platform in order to reach top offline parity.
• Review/create incident JIRA tickets related to specialty partners and assist in ensuring timely resolution.
• Adding new assortment for partners.

YOU HAVE:

• Ability to work 40 hours per week during at least 8 months (till end 2026)
• Strong analytical skills, willing to test and solve problems based on data
• Great interpersonal skills
• Comfort in working in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace
• English - Upper intermediate. Additional languages are a plus.
