ENERGY CHINA is looking for enthusiastic, talented, and highly motivated Junior/ Fresh Graduate Engineer Students to join our 2026 early careers program on project site. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from industry leaders, getting an international experience and contribute to impactful projects.

Undergraduate students around six or seven

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing, testing, and implementing engineering solutions.
Collaborate with senior engineers on project planning and execution.
Participate in site visits, testing, and debugging, depending on the department.
Document technical specs, project data, and design changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and QHSE Engineering Field completed in 2026
Strong academic record and a solid understanding of engineering principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, learning-focused attitude.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment, Good at English (priority) and Russian, because working language is almost in English.
