RELOCATION TO CYPRUS! This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of multiple construction and development projects, from initiation and planning to commissioning and handover. The position involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
The role represents the client’s interests and covers strategic and operational oversight, including technical evaluation, cost estimation, scheduling, tendering, on-site supervision, and final handover. The incumbent ensures the effective coordination of all project phases, maintaining transparency, control, and alignment with organizational objectives.
You will:
- Organize and control the projects assigned from the ground up to commissioning.
- Monitor key project parameters such as budget, timeline, and quality.
- Develop planning and scheduling frameworks to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Prepare cost estimations, budget analysis, and financial tracking reports.
- Arrange and manage all necessary tenders.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to define technical specifications and project requirements.
- Oversee and review technical drawings and specifications to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Organize and lead weekly coordination meetings, and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Provide technical advice and resolve issues on-site in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage construction operations, ensuring compliance with design intent and technical standards.
- Check all instructions issued by consultants to contractors.
- Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and its filing.
- Monitor and facilitate project execution, administration, and information flow among all participants.
- Perform regular site inspections , organize and attend progress and technical meetings.
- Evaluate progress, prepare detailed reports, and provide updates to the management team.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance).
- Oversee completion, testing & commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
- Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Ensure all warranties, manuals, and certifications are delivered.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Ensure implementation of health and safety procedures, policies, and legislation across all project sites.
- Supervise materials, furniture, and equipment scheduling and budgeting in accordance with safety and quality requirements.
- Identify delays, risks, and technical issues early, proposing corrective actions.
The ideal candidate:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years in Construction Projects Development and Management and relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of construction norms and rules
- Strong understanding of construction methods, permits, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience of technical supervision and control over observance of specifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, Russian and/or Greek will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent Microsoft Office interaction and knowledge
- AutoCAD, MS Project knowledge
- Knowledge of construction software is an advantage (PlanRadar, ProCore, PlanGrid, Fieldwire, Viewpoint...etc).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
