Risk Analyst – Behavioral Monitoring & Fraud Detection

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Risk Analyst to join our team and strengthen our fraud prevention efforts. This role focuses on behavioral monitoring, fraud pattern detection, and risk scoring for fuel card transactions and customer activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor transactions and behavioral activity of existing clients and onboarding users (fuel card programs)
• Detect anomalies and identify suspicious behavioral patterns
• Build and analyze relationship graphs between accounts to uncover fraud rings and coordinated schemes
• Develop, implement, and maintain risk scoring models with automated alerts for real-time risk assessment
• Investigate suspicious cases, escalate high-risk incidents, and maintain detailed documentation
• Prepare regular reports on fraud trends, patterns, and key risk metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Compliance, IT) to improve fraud detection processes

  
  Requirements

• Experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, or behavioral monitoring (финтех / платежи / fuel cards / banking — плюс)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Experience with data analysis, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection
• Understanding of fraud schemes and risk indicators
• Experience with scoring models or risk frameworks is a strong advantage
• Ability to work with large datasets (Excel, SQL, BI tools — будет плюсом)
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Fluent in Russian; English — intermediate or higher (Uzbek — плюс)
