Purpose of the Position :
To manage and develop e‑commerce logistics end‑to‑end, ensuring effective, efficient, and customer‑focused operations - including warehouse management, cargo partnerships, cost and process improvements, order and return handling, delivery terms control, complaint analysis, and implementation of innovative solutions in line with KPI targets
Order Management & Warehouse Processes
- Coordinate warehouse & cargo capacity planning and outbound scheduling with HQ forecasts.
- Monitor order flow (color codes), ensure SLA‑compliant delivery, manage risks and deviations.
- Oversee timely stocking, e‑commerce accuracy, picking quality, and packaging/VAS compliance.
- Handle SLA reporting, systemic issue resolution, and customer complaint analysis.
- Manage stock‑taking (in‑house & 3PL), discrepancy analysis, returns processing, and cost control.
- Track store orders for growing markets and ensure procurement of consumables.
Cargo & Logistics Partnerships
- Manage cargo/courier SLA performance, handle daily delivery issues, lost shipments, and compensation processes.
- Analyze cargo‑related complaints, identify root causes, propose improvements, and report to senior/country manager.
- Review and reconcile international cargo invoices, resolve discrepancies, and lead OPEX improvement projects.
Cost Control, Improvement & Projects
- Drive efficiency and cost‑improvement initiatives, identify development needs, and coordinate with central operations.
- Monitor system development progress in warehouse and cargo areas together with central operations & IT.
- Conduct GEMBA visits, perform benchmarking, and propose innovative delivery and warehouse improvements to senior/country manager
The Candidate We Are Looking For:
- BS or BA Diploma (college as min), any specialty
- Fluent in English (min intermediate level both written & verbal), Turkish will be a plus
- Min 1 year work experience in the related fields;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Having experience in CRM (customer relation management) (preferably)
- Results oriented and consistently showing your ability to develop yourself
- Having strong analytical and reasoning skills, stress resistance
- Effective use of Power Point, and Excel
- Exceptional communicator with great interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork
- Strong initiative & self-motivation
