Advisory Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of advisory engagements, including financial analysis, valuation, and business diagnostics
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Conduct industry and market research to support strategic insights and recommendations
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and investment materials
• Collaborate closely with senior team members and actively participate in client interactions
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all project outputs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, audit, corporate finance, or investment analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and financial modeling capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Progress toward CFA (Level I or higher) is considered an advantage
• ACCA (F9 or equivalent) is preferred

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Fluent in Russian and Uzbek
