We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern / Researcher to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a final-year student who is interested in building a career in recruitment and talent research.
The intern will assist in identifying potential candidates, conducting market research, and supporting the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate research and talent mapping across different industries and companies
- Identify and source potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Support recruiters with CV screening and candidate shortlisting
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis related to talent pools
- Prepare candidate lists and research reports for the recruitment team
- Support administrative tasks related to the recruitment process
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student (preferably in HR, Business, Economics or related fields)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Interest in recruitment, HR, or consulting
- Good communication skills in English and Russian
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and organize data
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Excel is a plus
