Job summary: The Corporate Finance Specialist supports financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing management reports, monitoring key financial indicators, and assisting in forecasting and performance analysis. The position works closely with internal stakeholders to support informed business decisions and ensure financial efficiency and compliance.

• Support with maintaining comprehensive financial model of AIA
• Perform DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Evaluation of internal Capex projects
• Tracking commitments and undertakings under existing loan agreements

• 2-5 years in Big 4 (Valuation / Transaction Services), Investment fund, Infrastructure / project finance, Corporate finance department
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting
• Advanced Excel (must), Strong financial modeling skills, Understanding of WACC, DCF
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is required
