Associate Specialist

Primary duties:

• In-depth financial and market research
• Analyzing company financials, and evaluating potential investment opportunities
• Assist in developing investment strategies
• ⁠Perform due diligence
• Support M&A deal execution including transaction structuring and negotiations
• Prepare investment memorandums, client presentations, and marketing materials

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance
• M&A experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
• Experience in project management
• Fluent English is a must
• Good presentation skills
• Good knowledge and accurate understanding of relevant theory: financial management, corporate finance, strategic management, investment valuation, accounting
• Ability to meet tough deadlines
• Eager to learn and result oriented with ‘whatever-it-takes’ attitude
