Marketing Deployment Executive (Tashkent)

As a Marketing Deployment Executive, you will bring our brand strategies to life, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use market insights to drive impactful marketing activities throughout Uzbekistan.

Please note that this position is based in Tashkent, and only candidates willing to relocate will be considered.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the development of brand growth strategies by collecting and analyzing market data from both internal and external sources.
• Take ownership of one or more elements of the marketing process, ensuring timely, high-quality communication and engagement with internal and external partners, suppliers, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate closely with departments across the marketing division to ensure the effective and timely implementation of brand support programs.
• Assist in managing brand communications through regular interaction with external agencies and internal teams, including supply chain, corporate relations/legal, trade marketing, and key account management departments.
• Contribute to the preparation of the annual brand plan by providing accurate and timely information to the Marketing Deployment Manager, offering recommendations, and developing strategies and plans within your area of responsibility.
• Take an active role in developing and executing brand-related events and marketing materials.
  
  What are we looking for?
• 2–3 years of experience working in a marketing department, preferably within an FMCG company.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, with a responsible, punctual, and proactive approach.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Russian.
• Bachelor’s degree.
