Content Creator / Content Manager

About the Role

Dukascopy Bank is seeking a talented Content Creator / Content Manager with a strong understanding of trading and financial markets, exceptional copywriting skills, and solid content management experience. You will craft engaging, accurate content across multiple channels and coordinate the bank’s content strategy in collaboration with other teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and manage marketing and product-related content across digital platforms.
• Ensure content clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand tone and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support business goals through effective content.
• Oversee the content production process and coordinate with designers, video teams, and translators.
• Analyze existing materials to identify reuse or improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing skills with an advanced command of English.
• Knowledge of trading, finance, or fintech — ability to simplify complex market topics.
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality.
• Ability to handle feedback constructively and adapt quickly.
• Experience with CMS tools and digital marketing practices (preferred).
• Project management and multi-tasking abilities.
