Our Best Candidate:
-Has degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (or relevant experience)
-2+ years in financial modelling, consulting, or similar roles
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-Confident working with startup business models and financial data
-Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, CRM systems like ClickUp)
-English level B2 or higher

Our Best Candidate will do:
-Build 3–5 year financial projections and startup financial models
-Develop P&L, cash flow, pricing, and growth assumptions
-Conduct scenario analysis and model unit economics (CAC, LTV)
-Prepare financial sections of business plans for visa applications
-Work closely with founders to structure realistic business assumptions
-Ensure models meet visa and endorsement requirements
-Review and validate financial data, identifying risks and inconsistencies
-Manage cases and reporting in ClickUp CRM and internal systems
-Collaborate with the team, attend meetings, and track KPIs
