Role Purpose: Own and scale Social Media as Lead Generation source and Brand Building channel.
Responsibilities1. Commercial Ownership
Turn social media into a qualified lead generating channel
Track full funnel performance: reach → engagement → inquiry → qualified lead → site visit
Report on cost per lead and contribution to sales pipeline
2. Content Strategy & Planning
Develop platform specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, LINE, Telegram
Create monthly content calendars per brand and business unit
Align content with campaign objectives and sales priorities
3. Content Production
Produce and direct Reels, testimonials, interviews, and event coverage
Manage shoots, scripts, storyboards and post production
Ensure visual consistency with brand positioning
4. Community & Lead Management
Respond to DMs and comments within 24 hours
Move conversations into LINE, Telegram or directly to Sales
Maintain ongoing conversations with brokers, agents and prospects
5. Performance Optimization
Improve CTR, engagement rate and conversion rate
A/B test creatives and messaging
Monitor competitors and platform trends and implement learnings
6. Reporting
Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and action plan
Recommend budget allocation adjustments based on result
