Distribution Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop annual/quarterly marketing plans, focusing on products and value scenarios, design and execute marketing activities for key scenarios to enhance brand visibility and customer reach efficiency; lead the standardized three core activities: product launch events, partner recruitment events, and workshops.

2. Brand Building and Content Management: Establish a unified marketing material system to ensure consistency in brand communication, manage multi-channel marketing touchpoints such as digital media, exhibitions, and stores, and optimize marketing platforms across partner websites, social media, communities, and physical stores.

3. Partner Enablement and Development: Provide marketing capability training and professional guidance to distribution partners, systematically enhance partners' independent marketing capabilities, and assist partners in building localized marketing teams and operational mechanisms.

4. Digital Platform Promotion: Promote the widespread use of digital platforms such as eKit's official website and eKit app, and design innovative marketing solutions to increase the adoption rate of digital tools.

Experience Requirements

Background: More than 5 years of experience in marketing-related roles, with preference given to those with a background in distribution business; experience in marketing products such as data communication and collaboration is preferred; successful cases of planning and executing market activities are required.

Competency Requirements

1. Professional Competence: Proficient in the operational models and methodologies of distribution marketing, with excellent market insight and data analysis capabilities, and familiar with digital marketing tools and new media operations.

2. Comprehensive Qualities: Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills, with innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Other Requirements: Frequent international travel within the Central Asian region is required.
