💰 Compensation:

• Up to 17,000,000 UZS net per month (based on an 8-hour workday)

• Hourly rate: $8–9/hour

⏰ Schedule:

• Flexible 5/2 schedule

• Option to work 5–9 hours per day

• Night shifts: between 5:00 PM and 4:00 AM (flexible shift options)

Who We Are Looking For

• Interpreters with:

  • English — C1 or higher

  • Korean — C1 or higher

• We consider:

Responsibilities

• Interpret “doctor–patient” conversations (phone / video / online)

• Assist clients using approved scripts

• Follow medical ethics and strict confidentiality standards

• Take notes and maintain a personal glossary

• Communicate with shift coordinators

• Participate in training sessions and QA checks

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Korean
  (TOPIK, IELTS, or equivalent, or proven experience)

• Clear speech and ability to convey meaning quickly and accurately

• Experience in medical interpreting or call centers is a plus

• Stress resilience and empathy

• Willingness to work night shifts

Technical Requirements

• Stable wired internet connection (50–100 Mbps recommended)

• Professional noise-canceling headset

• Quiet workspace

• PC / laptop: Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 or higher

• 8–16 GB RAM

• Camera and second monitor are a plus
