Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute conversion-focused SEO strategies that drive not just traffic, but measurable business outcomes
- Build and scale programmatic SEO systems and large-scale content frameworks
- Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4, configure event tracking, and design attribution models
- Create dashboards and reports to track performance, using tools like Looker, BigQuery, or similar
- Design and optimize conversion funnels; plan and run A/B tests and growth experiments
- Monitor and adapt to modern search trends — AI search, LLM-driven discovery, zero-click results
- Experiment with visibility across AI-powered search ecosystems (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, and development teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial experience with SEO
- Hands-on experience with programmatic SEO or managing large-scale content systems
- Proficiency with GA4 setup, event tracking, and conversion tracking frameworks
- Knowledge of CRO methodologies, landing page optimization, and experimentation
- Familiarity with AI-driven search ecosystems and LLM-based content discovery
- English level B2 or higher — ability to work with English-language content and documentation
Nice to Have
- Experience with pSEO frameworks or marketplace SEO
- Strong technical SEO knowledge and understanding of site architecture
- Background in B2B SaaS or developer-focused products
- Experience integrating analytics tools with data warehouses or product analytics platforms
