About the Role & Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who understands how search works in real business environments and can connect strategy with measurable growth.

This role requires analytical thinking, structured execution, and clear communication. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of organic growth and work closely with content, dev, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategy (on-page, technical, off-page)
• Development of the website structure with SEO optimization in mind and preparation of technical tasks for developers and designers.
• Conduct keyword research and build semantic structures
• Optimize website structure and content
• Perform technical audits and provide clear implementation tasks for developers
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Build and manage link-building strategy
• Work with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush or similar tools
• Track and develop KPIs and report results clearly
• Track and update details on Google Business Listings (GBL)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven SEO experience
• Strong understanding of technical SEO
• Experience working with developers
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on metrics
• Good written and spoken English
• Experience with US or EU markets is a plus
• Real case studies with measurable results
• Proven experience optimizing websites within specific industries (e.g., medical / healthcare websites, if applicable)
• Experience with GEO and AI-driven search optimization and visibility in AI-powered search environments
• Hands-on experience working with WordPress (technical setup, on-page SEO, plugins, performance optimization)

6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Minsk time 14:00 - 22:00)
